Our Objectives

Make sure that Lutheran Church of Rwanda gets at least 20% new members each year for the next five years.
Increase the number of pastors by 10% and Evangelists by 20% in the next five years.
Create a system of discipleship within the congregation, with a module to be used by the end of 2012
To build the capacity of LCR as institution as well as competency of the LCR leaders, staff and followers in order to respond to the church and consolidation of constitutional governance.
Ensure LCR women and youth strengthened in their Christian faith and empowered to be contributors of the development in families, congregations and the church.
Create a non- profit making organization called “Rwanda Lutheran Empowerment Organization (RWALEO) that will contribute towards the growth of social and economic development of the church, advocate for peace and reconciliation, respect for human rights and poverty reduction.
Empower Pastors, Evangelists, potential leaders, youth and women (men and women of integrity) to do joint action andincome generating activities in parishes to improve followers wellbeing and livelihoods in sustainable manner.
Develop partnership with other theological institution in order to help LCRin capacity and institution development.
